From my humble point of view all people living in Norway are extreme "rich". Not because of money but the free access to extraordinary nature. This is something unique. By the way living on west cost of Norway I have also free swimming pool. Almost each day when I cycle home there is a rain from all possible or not possible directions. Even from ground => open loop. Hopeful there is also time for sun shinning and usage of great beaches. Have a nice day!
